bubbles catwalk

This is Bubble modeling one of his tank tops.

He rather likes the new multi coloured style and below is modeling his first tank top made by Miss T.

I finished the hand walmers and Miss T just loves them. I am going to alter the pattern and make a pair for me. They are very easy to make s they are knitted flat and sewn up after leaving a gap for your thumb.

We are enjoying what is left of the holidays and have been over to Tate Britain, its got some beautiful sculptures in the main hall at the moment and we were able to see about 20 staff hanging a massive canvas which was very interesting. I now sadly have the largest pile of ironing to get through, not something I enjoy and think it is finally time to plant out the seedlings as the beans are now about a foot tall!

you make me wish i could knit properly, love those little tank tops!

you asked about the other softie book, it's a bit different to the first one as it's a kit, it has patterns for 15 softie designs, plus all the templates and a small selection of materials to use too, really nicely put together. i'm not sure i'll actually make anything from it myself, i bought it in the name of market research : )

I love bubbles and his handknits! So cute. And those fingerless mitts have turned out beautifully as well! Did you design them yourself?

My poor pigeon is very deprived - no tank top for a country pigeon as yet.

We went to Tate Britain not that long ago - it's a wonderful place!

Awww! Bubble looks great in his tank tops. I love the green one- it looks really good in knit stitch. Congratulate Miss T on her knitting skills. Oh, and congratulate yourself on those stunning hand warmers :)
